Step in Partner Contract
Partner contract for customers and/or white labelers to start the collaboration with BPOS-Live without taking any commitment but having support available when needed. A perfect match for your needs is set up and flexible pay as you grow models are in place.
Cloud4SME support contract
For those organizations that will be using BPOS-Live services and want product support for one or more services. This type of support contract can also be integrated with BPOS-Live business consultancy and development services.
First-line support contract for White Labelers
For those organizations who are white labeler of the platform of BPOS-Live but who are not interested in doing first line support themselves, BPOS-Live can perform these services for them.
Maintenance contract for eXtendASP
For those organizations that will be using ExtendASP for their provisioning services, but who need additional on-line support for their service provisioning we have designed a specific contract that will help them during office hours.
Maintenance contract for HMC & IT infrastructure
For those organizations that have an own HMC or IT infrastructure platform to deliver their services and need support for the underneath infrastructure to make sure that a competitive SLA can be guaranteed to their customers.
Design-Build-Maintain contract for ISV’s
For ISV’s who enter into an application cloud enablement project and need support to design, build and/or maintain their application into the cloud.
